Aeration

Aeration

As lawns age and undergo heavy traffic, their soil will become compacted.  Through the process of aeration, small plugs of soil are removed, allowing moisture, oxygen, water, and fertilizer to be absorbed.  This will help aid your lawn in becoming more luscious and green.

Sometimes, a lawn will require overseeding.  This process occurs in late fall or mid spring.  After aerating, a lawn technician will broadcast spread new seed across the lawn.  The seed will establish itself in the newly puncture lawn and help fill in bare spots to create a dream lawn.
